"worst experience ever, try to use your policy and they wont even get you enough to replace the vehicle (I own a dealership and couldn't even replace the vehicle WHOLESALE for their payout) Then we had an auto pay issue after YEARS being with them, got reinstated and have been getting DOUBLE CHARGED bills for months now. Was a nice agency at first, but GOOD LUCK trying to be with them longterm, the amount of frustration they have caused me is ridiculous. ZERO STARS"

"From the first month with these people I wanted to cancel my policy but couldn’t find better so I had to deal with there BS. Absolutely awful!! Terrible to deal with. They forget to take payment out for your vehicle so they need double it up throughout the next few months they forget to tack on your discounts. On top of it, they say they’re going to compensate you for all their screw ups. I have yet to see anything in the year I spent with these terrible people…. Then when you decided Your going to cancel your policy. They are going to milk it out for as long as they possibly can to avoid giving you the amount of money you should’ve received. On top of that they remove the cheaper vehicle right away without hesitation (Off my policy but still haven’t seen the money refunded). and drag out the more expensive car almost 2 weeks now (approximately screwed out of $100-150 I’m probably not going to get back now). Then give you horrible excuses on why it wasn’t processed but quick to take your money and always blame billing or under writing for all there screw ups. Then at renewal time they want to double your rates how are you going to charge $300 (now $378) for a 12 year old car and $170 (now $303) for a 7 year old truck…..These con artists should be put out of business if zero stars were allowed that’s what they would get I could not be happier to finally find a cheaper auto quote with all around better coverages through gm insurance for $240 with full coverage on both vehicles. and get out of this choke hold these people had on me avoid at all cost!!!!"
